Construction of a Two-Story Office Building Within an Industrial Facility

A two-story steel-framed office building was constructed within the industrial facility owned by Atlas Raf Mühendislik.

The steel gusset plates were installed onto the existing precast concrete columns using epoxy chemical anchors. The column base anchors were also fixed to the existing foundations using epoxy chemical anchoring.

The steel structural components, delivered to the site in dismantled form, were assembled in accordance with the project specifications using a bolted connection system and handed over upon completion.
