Has Egepen Urban Transformation and Residential Project

As Muhkem İnşaat, we managed the entire project process, which began with the identification of the existing building as a high-risk structure within the scope of urban transformation, through to the completion of all project design works for the new building in Buldan, Denizli.

As part of the project, we prepared the high-risk building assessment report for the existing structure. During the design process for the new building, we carried out the structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical installation projects, together with the geotechnical survey and surveying works, ensuring that all project disciplines were coordinated throughout the process.

In our structural design works, we designed the load-bearing system in accordance with the relevant regulations and engineering principles, with a focus on ensuring that the building would be safe, durable, and long-lasting. By coordinating all project disciplines as an integrated whole, we delivered a safe and high-quality residential project.
